作為一位越武道弟子，我應該：
1。全力提升武藝技能，以服務人類。
2。踏踏實實地學習武學知識，發展出新的越南武術越武道殿堂。
3。與他人生活和諧，尊重長輩，體恤所有弟兄。
4。完全的服從規則和法規，堅持維護一個武道家榮譽。
5。尊重學習其他武術的人，並且武力只能使用於自我防衛、捍衛正義。
6。追求個人道德倫理上的豐盛。
7。過著誠實，謙虛，高尚的生活。
8。開發一個堅定的意志，克服生活中的一切障礙。
9。培養良好的判斷力和體能，並有智慧的採取行動
10。必須自信，能自我控制，仁慈；務必不斷檢討自己，精益求精。

The Ten Pledges:
As a Viet Vo Dao Disciple, I shall:

Strive to reach the height of
martial arts in order to serve mankind.

Faithfully build up my martial
arts discipline and develop a new generation of Vovinam youth.

Live in harmony with others,
respect my seniors and love my fellow disciples.
4.
Absolutely obey Vovinam's
rules and regulations, and uphold the honor of a martial artist.

Respect other disciples of
martial arts, and only use force for self-defense and defense of justice.

Work hard for personal and ethical
enrichment.
7.
Live an honest, modest, and
noble life.
8.
Develop the firm will to
overcome all obstacles in life.

Develop sound judgment and
stamina, and act with wisdom

Be self-confident,
self-controlled, and benevolent; and constantly review myself to strive for
improvements.

7.Việt Võ Đạo sinh sống trong sạch, giản dị, trung thực, và cao thượng.
8.Việt Võ Đạo sinh kiện toàn ý chí đanh thép để thắng phục cường quyền và bạo lực.
9.Việt Võ Đạo sinh sáng suốt nhận định, bền gan tranh đấu, tháo vát hành động.
10.Việt Võ Đạo sinh tự tín, tự thắng, khiêm cung, độ lượng, luôn luôn kiểm điểm để tiến bộ.
